Privacy notice
Your data belongs to you. Here is what I collect, why I use it, and how you can exercise your rights.

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version of this notice is the one that governs.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Patricia Aspiroz, real estate advisor with CASA PAR Servicios Profesionales Inmobiliarios, at Relox 4 - B1, Centro Histórico, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

2. What I collect
I collect the details you give me when you message me on WhatsApp, by email or in person:
- Identification and contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
- Information about your plans: the services you're interested in, your timing, and whatever you choose to tell me in your message.
I don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in your messages.
3. How I use your data
Purposes needed to help you:
- Replying to your message and contacting you the way you prefer.
- Giving you information and advice on the real estate services you ask about.
- When you ask me to, coordinating with the professionals involved in your transaction (attorneys, notaries, appraisers, escrow and title professionals, property managers).
An additional purpose, not needed to help you: occasionally sending you market news or new properties. If you'd rather not receive them, tell me by email at any time and I'll stop. This doesn't affect the service I give you.
4. Who I share your data with
I never sell or rent your data. I only share it:
- With the professionals listed above, when it's needed for the service you asked for.
- With the providers that help me work, such as WhatsApp and my email service. They handle data only on my behalf, and some may be outside Mexico.
- With authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if it's wrong, Cancel it, and Oppose its use for specific purposes. You can also withdraw your consent or limit how your data is used.
To do so, email homes@pattyaspiroz.com with your name, the right you want to exercise, the data it concerns and how I should reply. I may ask you to confirm your identity. I'll reply within the time limits set by law.
6. This website
This site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. The site's server logs basic technical data (such as IP address and the page visited) to run and secure the site.
7. Changes to this notice
If I change this notice, I'll post the new version on this page with its update date.
